What you'll learn in this course
This 8-week course offers an in-depth exploration of interpreting Scripture through the lens of the Holy Spirit, drawing from Joseph Mattera's "My Hermeneutic-Pauline Theology." Students will engage with historical, theological, and practical aspects of Spirit-led hermeneutics, learning to apply these principles to both personal and communal biblical study. This approach will result in a dynamic, experiential, Spirit-led reading and revealing of Scripture. By the end of the course, participants will have developed a robust framework for integrating Spirit-led insights into their interpretive practices.
Prerequisite: Taken the KSOL Acts class
This eight week course will take the learner on a personal journey toward:

- Discovering the need for a robust community in interpreting Scripture instead of relying on a solely individualistic approach.
