What you'll learn in this course
There’s a common myth about leadership: “I can’t lead effectively if I’m not in charge.” But
Scripture shows us a different perspective. Throughout the Bible, God often works through those
who are not in positions of highest authority, using them to lead, influence, and bring about His
purposes. The reality is that much of leadership happens in the middle—and God can use you
powerfully right where He has placed you.
Leading from the middle comes with both opportunities and challenges. At times, it can feel
unclear where you stand or what your boundaries are. You may have some influence and
responsibility, yet lack authority in key areas. This tension can lead to discouragement, causing
you to wonder, “Am I really making a difference?” or “Is my effort worth it?”
You’re not alone in these struggles. Many leaders in the middle experience the same frustrations.
In this 8-week class, we will explore these challenges through a biblical lens and discover how to
lead faithfully and effectively, no matter your position. As you grow in your leadership, you’ll
develop greater clarity, confidence, and trust in God’s calling—learning to steward your
influence well and make a lasting impact for His kingdom right where you are.

Week 6: Relational Leadership Skills – 1 Samuel 24 & 26
Week 7: Strategic Leadership Skills– Nehemiah 1-3, Acts 6:1-7, Kings 3:16-28
Week 8: Creating a Trust Based Culture – Genesis 37-45
Kingdom Influence
From a practical perspective, Kairos School bridges the divide between church and marketplace leadership training by imparting a kingdom focused foundation. Our classes are designed to provide students with the tools and scriptural foundation they need to impart Kingdom influence wherever they go.
Kingdom-Minded Leaders Network
This course is being offered in a hybrid format (both in-person and streamed live online) with students literally living anywhere in the world. A regular part of the interaction you will have in the this course will take place in the CAM Hub, an online community with interest groups, insightful discussions, "just in time" resources, and meaningful interaction with other global Kingdom minded leaders.
