What you'll learn in this online course
This course is intended to help position every believer to a heart of aservant, for the purpose of walking in Kingdom influence and authority in every arena of life. We will discover the priority of servanthood, and how Jesus perfectly modeled it while on this earth, leaving an example for us to follow. We will also see how He has forever taken on the identity of a servant.

Each student enrolled in this course will have a leadership coach assigned to you. Your coach will be there for you as a mentor and to help you find your way in the various course spaces.
They will also check on you regularly, pray for you, and serve as a sounding board with all you are learning.
Kingdom-Minded Leaders Network
This course is being offered in a hybrid format (both in-person and streamed live online) with students literally living anywhere in the world. A regular part of the interaction you will have in the this course will take place in the CAM Hub, an online community with interest groups, insightful discussions, "just in time" resources, and meaningful interaction with other global Kingdom minded leaders.

Meet Your Instructor: Dr. Laurel Roth
Dr. Laurel Roth is passionate about forming spiritually mature leaders whose character reflects the heart of Christ. Her calling to ministry began with a simple conviction-to do whatever God desires-which continues to shape her life and teaching.
At Kairos School of Leadership, she emphasizes spiritual growth, servant leadership, and sound doctrine. Rooted in 2 Peter 1:1-12, her teaching style is relational and reflective, helping students identify where they are in their journey and discover their God-given purpose.
Dr. Roth desires for every student to leave her courses with a deeper love for Jesus and a clear sense of calling. In a generation saturated with competing voices and cultural instability, she believes the Church must offer leaders a firm foundation in sound doctrine and biblical truth. Her desire is to help students develop personal convictions anchored in the Lordship of Christ-equipping them to lead with clarity, hope, and purpose.
