CAM Leadership Network (CAM) is a professional association, a platform for leaders to connect, contribute, collaborate, and to create together. Our goal is simple: to encourage and empower Kingdom minded leaders to work along side the Holy Spirit in accomplishing what He leads us to do in our churches, ministries, and businesses.

We are a unique expression of the family of God! Our members range across different denominations, ministries and businesses, but we all are united with a common mission.
Our goal is to connect with other Kingdom minded leaders, contributing our talents, abilities, and gifts in collaboration to bring about the manifest presence of God. CAM creates a place of connection for leaders around the globe.
Our purpose is to provide a relational network which serves as a platform for resourcing and empowering Kingdom Leaders in vocational or in the marketplace. Together, we seek to take the Kingdom further than ever thought possible by helping individual leaders focus on extending the Kingdom of God throughout the world.

Kairos School of Leadership is a vibrant, hands-on, competency-based, yet practical training system to develop leaders within a local church. It is for Kingdom minded leaders embedded in ministry or the marketplace.
CAM Hub - Connect with Us
The CAM Hub is our virtual collaboration place. It is an online community that offers professional learning opportunities, fellowship, shared resources and more for pastors, Kingdom minded learners, and other ministry leaders.
The CAM Hub creates a tangible “place” where Kingdom minded leaders from literally anywhere can congregate around ideas, share solutions, and meet others all while having a collective experience stretching beyond physical walls and geography.

What We Are Known For
We provide collective spaces and support for emerging leaders to be transformed and equipped.
At the heart of this network's design is the 4 C pattern (Connect, Contribute, Collaborate, Create). It is the standard for every individual and organization that joins CAM as we engage with each other during our meetings and collaboration spaces.
Our members receive personal relational encouragement, accountability, and ministry from each other and leadership. Often our covenant members are asked to serve in a leadership role or lead in some aspect of ministry. We also offer licensing or ordination certification if needed, as well as coaching and crisis intervention from the leadership team.
